Our office hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday. You can get us on the phone any time during these hours. However, outside these hours please use our contact page and send us an email. We’ll be in touch!

We only want you to pay for the days that you want so just give us 14 days’ notice and we will refund you for any unused days.

Whilst your goods are in storage they need to be covered by an insurance policy. We offer a comprehensive policy ideally suited to storing your possessions which can be arranged on arrival at a rate of £2.50 per £1,000 worth of goods per 4 week period. We do however recommend you check any household or business policy you may have as you may already be covered.

Yes, we show all our customers the unit prior to the rental so give us a call on 0800 916 8705 and we will make an appointment for you to view the unit with no commitment.

Whilst we don’t normally sell boxes from our facility if you let us know when you phone we will be happy to make special arrangements for you.
